Summary:

The Stainless Steel Composite Panel is a composite plat […]

The Stainless Steel Composite Panel is a composite plate steel plate composed of a carbon steel base layer and a stainless steel coating. Its main feature is the strong metallurgical combination of carbon steel and stainless steel. It can perform various processes such as hot pressing, cold bending, cutting, welding, etc., and has good process performance.
Introduction
As the base material of the stainless steel composite plate, various common carbon steels and special steels such as Q235B, Q345R, and 20R can be used. The coating material can be stainless steel of various grades such as 304, 316L, 1Cr13 and duplex stainless steel. The material and thickness can be freely combined to meet the needs of different users. Stainless steel composite plate not only has the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, but also has the good mechanical strength and processing performance of carbon steel. It is a new type of industrial product. Stainless steel composite plates have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, salt industry, water conservancy and electric power, and other industries. As a resource-saving product, stainless steel composite plate can reduce the consumption of precious metals and greatly reduce the construction cost. To achieve the perfect combination of low cost and high performance has good social benefits.
Production application
production method
How is stainless steel composite plate produced? There are two main methods for the industrial production of stainless steel clad plates, explosion lamination and hot rolling lamination.
The production process of the explosive composite plate is that the stainless steel plates are superposed on the carbon steel substrate, and a certain distance is separated between the stainless steel plate and the carbon steel substrate with a mat. Explosives are tiled on the stainless steel plate, and the energy of the explosive explosion causes the stainless steel plate to hit the carbon steel substrate at high speed, generating high temperature and high pressure, so that the interface between the two materials is solid-phase welded. Ideally, the shear strength per square millimeter of the interface can reach 400 MPa.
The hot-rolled composite plate process is based on the carbon steel substrate and stainless steel plate being physically pure and rolled under high vacuum conditions. The two metals diffuse during the rolling process to achieve a complete metallurgical combination. Of course, in order to improve the wetting effect of the composite interface and increase the bonding strength, a series of technical measures must be taken in the physical and chemical treatment of the interface. The above two composite board manufacturing methods are in accordance with the national standard GB / T8165-2008. This standard is not equivalent to the Japanese JISG3601-1990 standard, the main technical indicators are the same or higher than the Japanese standard.
