All kinds of processing enterprises often need a large number of Stainless Steel Composite Panel in production. Because of the large quantity, it is more appropriate to purchase from stainless steel wholesale companies in terms of price. However, due to the large quantity of stainless steel products, if not stored properly, the products will be damaged. Here is how to store large quantities of stainless steel products.

1. Use backing panel

After purchasing a large number of stainless steel products, if the processing enterprises want to preserve them properly, the processing enterprises should first prepare suitable backing panels for them. They can use wood backing panels that are not damaged by moisture, rubber backing panels or painted steel shelves. In short, when preserving, they should try to avoid placing stainless steel composite panels directly on the ground.

2. Separate from other steels

Many steel products will be coated with oil because of the need of the manufacturing process, while others do not. Therefore, they should be stored separately and not mixed with different types of steel products, so as not to cause adverse effects on the surface of stainless steel composite panels due to oil stain or rust and other factors.

3. Use wood support

Wooden supports shall be used during stacking, and the upper and lower wooden supports shall be carefully treated to avoid deformation of the stainless steel composite panel caused by long-term stacking. In addition, plastic sheets shall be used to cover the stainless steel composite panel to prevent dust and sundries from polluting the stainless steel composite panel. If marking is required, chlorine-free erasable paint shall be used for marking.

Everyone must pay attention to the correct method to store the stainless steel composite panel, so as to avoid deformation or rust caused by improper storage.
