The aluminum composite panel is made of aluminum composite material, and is a flat plate composed of two thin coated aluminum panels that are bonded to a non-aluminum core. ACP is usually used for exterior cladding or facades, insulation and signs of buildings.

Aluminum composite panels are mainly used for exterior and interior building cladding or partitions, false ceilings, signs, machine coverings, container structures, etc. The application of ACP is not limited to external building cladding, but can also be used for any form of cladding, such as partitions, false ceilings, etc. ACP is also widely used in the logo. Aluminum composite panels are used as a lightweight but very strong material in construction, especially for temporary buildings such as trade exhibition booths and similar temporary components. Aluminum panels can be coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), fluoropolymer resin (FEVE) or polyester paint. Aluminum can be painted in any color, while ACP can be produced in a variety of metallic and non-metallic colors, as well as patterns that mimic other materials, such as wood or marble. The core is usually low density polyethylene (PE), or a mixture of low density polyethylene and mineral materials to show flame retardant properties.
